Join us for a free bootcamp session at RossFit! We offer classes Monday through Friday at 5:00 AM, 8:30 AM, and 12:00 PM. Our vibrant group of bootcampers is always full of energy, and each class is led by one of our talented coaches to ensure you get the best experience.

Come try a class for free! Each session is led by one of our skilled coaches who will guide you, no matter your fitness level. We take pride in scaling workouts to fit individual abilities while maintaining the energy and camaraderie of group training. Classes last 1 hour, so be sure to arrive early to warm up!
Coach Highlight
Kara Denny is our resident powerhouse! With a background in multiple CrossFit competitions, marathons, and a first-place win in the 2023 Hyrox Doubles alongside her mom, Kara knows what it takes to push limits. She’s a certified group fitness trainer and Zumba instructor, and has been a dedicated member of the RossFit community since 2015. Kara currently leads our 5:00 AM bootcamp classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
